How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Lycamobile UK?

Very difficult, they don't care of customers at all. Avoid them or you'll regret!

Very difficult! I tried loads of times before getting through. Most of the options take you down a dead end and when you finally get through to a human (average 10-minute wait) English is barely even their 2nd language!
