Its a scam company. They are just a website. They work with suppliers that sell fake products. Luxedecor has no authorization to receive returns or apply refunds so don't use them.

I'm interested in item number BFSICILYBUFFET but 8 to 10 weeks is just a long time to receive it.
Answer:
We were told 7-9 weeks and it was 8 months. 8 to 10 weeks would've been a dream.
