Customer-friendliness is pretty bad:
* The site kept losing my password and several times I had to re- and re-register. And that oughta-be-simple process isn't straightforward either. They act like access to their games is entry into hallowed ground or Fort Knox.
* When my pricey family subscription was ending/had ended, they never sent me a notice; just stopped sending the daily reminders.
* The games were varied and increased in level of challenge.
* Their stats system seems well designed.
