So sorry you had to post your order status questions on this site. I ordered 2 dresses from them on Oct. 13, it's Nov. 14 and I still don't have the dresses. If you ordered online there should be an icon next to the item you ordered marked Open a Ticket. Click on it to make an inquiry regarding your order. If you paid with Paypal you should open a case with them. This company is in China and they ship very slow.
