I know the authorized sellers for Carita and you do not appear on the list but you still advertise as being authorized. How does that work?

Thank you for your review, and I apologize that you had frustrating experience. I'd like to Clarify that we are authorized resellers of EVERY brand we offer for sale, including Carita which is owned by LOréal. Our company is headed by a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, allowing us to be a 100% authorized reseller of all products on our site. Effective 1/1/18, Carita is no longer distributing their brand in the United States. We offered Carita for about a year or so, and we were disappointed that we are no longer able to offer this brand.

We value your health, your beauty, your investments, and your safety. We want to guarantee you the best products that come directly from the manufacturers. If you are ever concerned if we are an authorized reseller of a brand, it's best to reach out to them directly or email us. When we receive an inquiry with concerns about authenticity, we will email you with the manufacturer cc'd on the email to verify our status as an authorized reseller of the over 350 brands we offer.

Thank you,
Lisa Jensen
Director of Customer Care

After frustrating interaction with this company and no resolution of my concerns regarding my order, I reported the issue to my credit card company and disputed the charge.

Once I did a little research I learned that It's well known that Lovely Skin sells knock-off skin care products. The frightening fact is that there is No way to know exactly what ingredients are in these knock-off products.
