They sent my order to a wrong country and refuse to refund me until they get the order back. It's been sitting in Seoul customs for a month so no guarantee they will get it. Why do they treat their customers so badly?

I had a terrible experience also on customer service live chat- my advice is to contact them through facebook or comment within alive post where everyone will see. Also comment to them through Twitter which they can't ignore and is public. This should get their attention.
