I placed an order way over a month ago and got an email that it was shipped and would be here by December 23. Is this how long an order takes to be delivered. Not too happy about the turn around time. I placed 2 orders with different companies and have received both of those orders.

I haven't received my order place in Nov 27th, when now already Feb 26th. They refuse to take responsibility and refund my money. No much £240 only. Wish you lucky
