ON 7TH OF APRIL 2016 I PAID YOU 14.95 USD SO I CAN USE YOUR APP LOCATE-MOBILE. WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOCATE A NUMBER YOU ARE ASKING ME AGAIN TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT. WHY CAN'T I USE YOUR APP IN THIS CONDITION?
