Having paid and received I'd and pswd how do I login to find a new location?

I was charged an amount of $29,95 on January 13th 2020. I would like a refund of this amount as I never asked for any assistance.
the app is not working, what should I do?
With no way to login a subscription is a fraud. Refund my momey to PayPal or I will file a complaint with them requesting your being frozen out of any future transactions. Thomas Murrayfield
