I ordered and paid with PayPal.00 for a watch from you on 17/11/22 order 4336874.Why has the order gone to Wowcher Ltd.When will I receive the item.

I cannot log in to my account. IT says I have the wrong password, but when I click on "forgot password" it says I don't have one. Yet I have purchased items from living social already. I just want to unsubscribe, and I can't access my account to do it.
Ordered two Armrest remote control holders on Dec 28/2016 redeemed voucher as instructed but have not received the items and Livingsocial only reaction to my PayPal intervention was that my voucher was redeemed successfully but i still do not have the goods that Livingsocial are being paid to promote.How can i get my money back?
