Terrible. I had 3 representatives within a two month period because they kept leaving the company. And it forced me to have to redo all conversations and added additional weeks to my claim time. When one of the reps would leave, I would get no contact and I had to call only to find out they were gone and they had to assign me a new rep. This process continued 3 times.
