No I still havent received my order and it's been 3 weeks since I placed my order I havent got no bvb response from this company and they havent answered the phone to assist me cause the number they provide is for some light company

I placed my order 40 days ago and have not received my item, I have no faith in this company. I have sent many emails to them on this matter. I received one response saying the item was shipped, that was a month ago!

I got my money refunded.

I did finally receive my order however the company was very unprofessional and began threatening me when the order was received damaged. There was no damage to the outer packaging so it was shipped this way to me. Had to file a claim through PayPal.

No They are a rip off. They sent me the wrong item and due to the size of the item it would cost me more to send it back than it is worth. The refuse to pay for the shipping and handling since their "policy" states that the customer must pay for it. So my credit card did a chargeback. Now they are trying to put me in collections for, not only the amount of the item I did not purchase but for and addition $150.
