Maybe the item sold out or price increased before dispatch from source supplier. Or worst, it was delivered to another person because you did not choose COD as payment option.

If the total of the order is over 1000 there's no shipping fee. (I sometimes add something small just to take it over 1000)
If you chose Cash on Delivery, you pay for each shipment as you receive it. Just that shipment, not the full order.
Email them and chat down your order number and tell them that you are going to cancel the order!
