Answer:

Depends on the product. And it depends on the merchant that Lazada.ph is sourcing from. I would advise not to purchase anything from Lazada.ph - first of all, you're not sure whether it's authentic or not. Secondly, you don't get a warranty. Thirdly, it's VERY difficult to return and receive a credit. Believe be, I've been there, done that.

It depends on how you paid - if it's COD (cash on delivery), you will only receive a store credit voucher. That could take from 2 weeks to 1 month or more... Good luck.

Answer:

Reset the device to place it back in original condition (without the apps you installed). Pack it just the way you received it - wipe it down to make it look brand new. Pack it properly and return it via the suggested carrier. Did you call their customer service number? What did they advise? Ask for the name of the agent you spoke to. If you paid COD, you will receive a Lazada store credit. Otherwise, good luck on the refund to your method of payment. I hope everything works out.

When i try to cancel mine cause im tired of waiting and gonna purchase another one at thd mall on that day, cause it hadnt arrive even aftr mor dan one month of waiting, they said they wil process it. But the next day my order had suddnly arrive.

Print out the tracking number that will be provided once you have filled out the form and then drop the item at the nearest LBC, 2Go or 711 branch near you. Hi Juvy R. Please be advised that we do have a delivery timeframe of 2-3 Calendar days within Metro Manila, 3-5 calendar days for Luzon areas and 5-7 Calendar days for Visayas and Mindanao area. Also, for items coming from abroad, there will be an additional 20-30 Calendar days. Kindly take note that there are items that have an additional 15 days on top of the said timeframe. These items are shipped via sea like items such as powerbanks, selected electronics, liquid exceeding 100ml and items with containing such chemicals.
