You have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel your order ("cooling off period"). However, if the order has not yet been dispatched (essentially shipped) you may be able to cancel by written communication to Lazada. This means going to their website and filling out their webform.
http://www.lazada.com.ph/contact/

Read their Terms & Conditions of Sale for Lazada's official rules regarding the cancellation of an order.

Once you completed and submitted their webform, have received the auto-reply email I would also call Lazada Customer Service and inform them you have submitted a request for cancellation of your order (have the order number handy to tell rep).

Then await their decision whether it's by email or over the telephone. Make sure you keep all emails regarding this as that's your proof of communication with Lazada.

Their Customer Service Representatives seem like pleasant responsive people but realize they are proceeding by Lazada company rules.

Finally, if they don't cancel you will have 7 or 14 days to return the order for a refund. Follow Lazada's rules regarding returns. If you ship back the item(s) make sure you ship the package registered and insured mail or better yet use LBC Express or another private commercial shipping carrier so you have proof of delivery back to Lazada.

Be personable but firm with them and hopefully you will have success in cancelling your order.

As an update to my original post, Lazada has always tried to fulfill all my orders and eventually comes through doing so. It's merely that their system is no where close to other international e-commerce companies. Hopefully that will eventually change. I would still not order through any 3rd party sellers only because Lazada really hasn't put into place the guarantees to protect the Customer. And some of the 3rd party merchandise is "gray market" meaning no manufacturer warranty.

When I purchase gray market it's with the understanding it may have no warranty or only a local service warranty (you will pay for all parts). And I always always research the 3rd party seller as much as possible. Many are decent hard working folks trying to make an honest living. The problem being gray market products "skirt" (go around) the retail laws and regulations so if it's an expensive item you may not have much recourse if something goes wrong. After all you're avoiding paying VAT, any import duties and that technically means giving up your protections, or partially, under the Consumer Protection laws.

2.5 You have the right to cancel your order within twenty-four hours from the time of your order (“Cooling Off Period”). The cancellation must be communicated to Lazada in writing within the Cooling Off Period. Upon the expiration of the Cooling Off Period, all Orders are irrevocable and unconditional: All Orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Platform and Seller shall be entitled (but not obliged) to process such Order(s) without your further consent and without any further reference or notice to you. Nevertheless, in certain circumstances as stated in Clause 8, you may request to cancel or amend the Order which Seller will endeavour to give effect to on a commercially reasonable effort basis. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller is not obliged to give effect to any request to cancel or amend any Order.

8. Termination

8.1 Cancellation by you: You may cancel the Customer Contract before Seller dispatches the Products under such Customer Contract by written notice to Lazada at ”Contact Us” page on the Platform. If the Products have already been dispatched, you may not cancel the Customer Contract but may only return the Products in accordance with Clause 6.
