My son lost 2 packages delivered by LaserShip. The most recent package delivered by Lasership was left OUTSIDE of my son's apartment building.

The original company refunded me. Lasership said it wasn't their responsibility, and there was nothing they could do.

Drivers from all shipping couriers, not just LaserShip, deliver to multiple different zipcodes and multiple different packages throughout their day! I was told by LaserShip that drivers deliver until 930PM and I have never had an issue receiving my packages from LaserShip!
