I recently ordered a birthday party dress for my daughter from lalamira, and must say, thoroughly impressed! The quality of the dress was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail. The size guide was spot on, making online shopping a breeze. My daughter looked absolutely stunning in it and was over the moon. The customer service team was also incredibly helpful, addressing my queries promptly. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend lalamira for their beautiful dresses and excellent service!

One of the most fraudulent websites there is. They sent me a bootleg version of the dress I ordered in horrible material. They told me to resell the dress instead because I was not entitled to a return even though I request it 1 day after it was delivered. The website states there is a 14 day return. DO NOT PURCHASE TRUST ME!

Very good And i very like quality dress and package is good came in about 2 weeks. Looked just like it did in the photo
However I didn't realise it had a train and the last i very like because i like in this dress

The two dresses I ordered are way bigger than the picture and don't fit my daughter. They allow no returns for wrong sizing. Better to order from a place that allows you to get better costumer service with their business. They have a Bad business plan.

I ordered 2 brides maid dresses and one came 2 months later. The body suit was like a size 6 x and the skirt was for an adult size 10 … crazy the other wasn't even the color I chose. Not to mention they charged my card for 3 and I got 2. No way to ever return them. I sent soooo many emails with no response. And was charged 350$ for the 2 brides maid dresses that never came. I had to finally dispute my transaction with the bank. Buyer beware. There are so many more reputable sites out there. Don't let this destroy a happy memory.

Tip for consumers:
Pass this site over all together don’t even waste your time. The dresses are all so beautiful but they’ll never come or it won’t look like the picture.

I would give 0 stars! I ordered my wedding dress from lalamira when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture, the dress came with a ton of glitter on it and the sizing was even worse! I filed a complaint but the manufacturer, who you cannot physically speak with, emailed me back saying the dress was "adequate" and they would not refund my money. I even found out they "re-use" other website reviews for that dress. They told me to try and sell it, but who would buy this mess of a dress. They really don't care about customer satisfaction or quality for that matter. I was then told "my understanding would be appreciated". I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability after spending all that money. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a thing from this company!

Company seems like a scam! Really disappointed on the craftsmanship and they don’t care about customer satisfaction!

Horrible! I bought my here and gave them my exact measurements. The dress came in, everyone was a little socked because it did not look the same as the picture but I still tried it on and when I did... I just cried. You could fit 2 of me in this dress. I sent them pictures and confirmed my measurements and NOTHING! They refused to return or exchange. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

Please be aware ladies! This company uses photos of other designers & place them on their website. The product that you receive will be a completely different dress. I ordered an Ivory dress that had nude sheer sides. The dress i received was white as snow with no nude sheer siding

I purchased a flower girl dress from this company. I measured my daughter and chose the dress it suggested. When we received the dress it was way too big. They claim they add an inch all over so you can then PAY someone else to alter it. I'm their website they claim they will return within 10 days. However, they don't not do returns. Now I'm stuck with this dress that we cannot use. $125 down the drain.

This company does not honor their return policy. And will suggest reselling to a friend or consignment shop. You cannot verbally speak to anyone & the only way to communicate is after 1am via email. If there is a chance you will not be satisfied with ordering from a picture online, do not use this company. Initiating a return within the same day of receiving your item will leave you disappointed!

Upon receipt of a wedding dress I ordered from this website in an undamaged package the dress had damage to it. The silk had a large run in the back near the train, the strap was frayed not to mention that much of the lace was not even attached to the dress. Upon requesting a refund label I was told to use common sense that when you ordered online the product would be different than the photo displayed. After much back-and-forth regarding a low quality product the pictures below are email screenshots of my correspondence with this company. BEWARE

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses for Lala Mira and many of them arrived with zippers that would zip up and sizes not in-line with how they were advertised. When contacted, their customer service basically said "too bad, it's your problem, sell the dress if you don't like it". With all the options out there, I implore you to not waste your time or money on this company! Their products are sub-par and their people are indifferent. They literally could not care any less about their customers.

Don’t! Once they have your money, there are no refunds, no exchanges and no support whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere!

I purchased 2 dresses for my daughters First communion. They sent Completely different dresses than the ones selected and now are dening to send be RETURN LABEL AND MY MONEY BACK. AFTER REVIEWING THEIR RETURN.POLICY, I AM IN MY RIGHT TO REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS IF NOT 100% SATISFIED. WHICH THEY ARE NOW REJECTING. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A DECEIVING COMPANY. As seen in the photos I ordered a white dress and they send the color pink. The 2nd dress was super short in front and long in back and completely different style as purchased.

This place is a total scam. I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter and it clearly does not look like the dress on the pictures. It looks more like a BAD imitation! I contacted Lalamira and was denied a refund, they claim the dress may look slightly different than on the pictures. I submitted a claim with PayPal and I have no idea why but they refused to refund me as well. Over $100 for a bad version of a dress that I will not allow anyone to wear is def a scam. Coincidentally a ghost charge was charged on my PayPal account same day that I made the dress purchase. Do not buy from this website!

Ordered a rose gold dress for my daughter wedding 152.00 dress the dress came it was gold the little gold things were falling off it. Totally wrong didn't look anything like the picture. Emailed them to return the dress they emailed me back and said to sell the dress to a friend. I am stuck with a dress I can't wear to the wedding and now I have to spend more money to buy a dress for the wedding. Please don't every buy anything from this bull$#*! company.

I ordered a dress for my daughter 15th birthday. The same day we received the dress and took out the packaged we were dissapointed the color was not the same and when she tried on omg the measurements were no where near. I requested a return and full refund and they are denied advising that i made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I'm so upset i should of look into reviews it says on their website we could request a return as long as it was within 7 days of receiving dress. That us false

I ordered one dress from this company and it was nice quality and arrived on time. However, the problems began when I tried to place another order and the website said it would arrive in time for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. I asked for a refund and the company refund. They said it was "custom made" which it was not and they could not refund my money. When I tried to follow up the customer service was deceptive and said that they had stated it would take 40 days to arrive. Now, I am out $70 with no dress and my daughter had to wear another one for the party.

I ordered an ivory butterfly dress. I received a white flower address. They keep saying it's an acceptable difference which it is not since the bride is not wearing white. The dress I received next to the brides ivory dress is like white out. They won't do a return, they insist I give it away or send it to somebody else or resell it. I have all the screenshots of their emails and poor customer service. I also sent them their refund policy, which they keep on denying me. All of their stock photos and reviews are stolen off of somebody else's site. Some may have been lucky to have received a similar dress, but I was not one. I have included the pink dress that was on their website, the white dress is what I received, and they keep on insisting that it is what I ordered when it is two different dresses. I also included screenshots of the photos that they had on their reviews, and those photos are from other people. I have written a review and included photos as well, but those were deleted. Don't be fooled! Do not buy from them. Poor customer service all around.
