After 5 years of loyalty and many instances of deep frustration at there lack of honest customer service, this company has seriously let me down during covid19... 3 days and 3 "managers" later I am still unable to get a straightforward solution... in quarantine, need data... RIP off 100mbs for $10! I added data but because of text lag on their part ordered twice... charged $12 for 300mb... twice... price gouging company seriously use their customers in small dishonest ways to add big money to your bill... in the end the third manager promised me a new plan for my wife and I... 20gigs of data for $70... today I am cut off and my plan is unchanged (manager didnt complete it properly) and my wife is being charged $85... this isnt the first time they've made "errors" like this... they stall you, overcharge you and make it very difficult for you to reach an actual human rep... they should be charged for upping there fees in this crisis... they actually increased fees for extra data since it started... one of the worst Canadian companies I have ever dealt with... honestly feel they have no regard whatsoever for the humanity in their business... they are all about the money and it consistently shows and comes back on their customers... read the reviews... Do not use this company unless you like the experience of being sidetracked and rippedoff
Koodo and Telus are the worst phone companies. Bunch of scammers and liars.
Paid off my bill before I moved to u. S they made up some charges and send it off to CBV collection.
Contacted CBV collection (another shark waiting on prey) paid off what ever the made up amount. Asked to provide discharge letter. Nothing I received. No confirmation what's so ever. Fast forward 5 years later May 2019 Koodo reported "paid, collection, charged off" on my credit file narratives.
Contacted Koodo CS I was greeted by a disgruntled French bilingual call center agent and told to contact CBV. They will not remove any report from credit agency. I told him it was reported by Koodo in May 2019 why do I have to call CBV? He replied Since I paid my account with them I have to call CBV. Total BS.
