Hi i want to make sure i won't be getting any surprise charges on my card, if there is going to be an ongoing cost i would like to cancel if that's ok? i couldn't find my last reading to look over which frustrated me so don't know if you can help thanks leanne

Answer:

No there wont be ongoing charges UNLESS you go over the time that you prepaid for. Once the time allotted has reached 0:00, it will prompt you to pay for to continue or end the chat. In order to cancel, you have to send them an email message from the site. They state that they dont have an online cancelation method. Just submit a ticket on the site.
