I don't know about the "charlie parra, style-tribute to rhandy rhoads", but KV does offer the version above. Just do a search on the KV site. I am pretty sure sitejabber doesn't have ANY versions of karaoke files.

I have been purchasing songs from KV for longer than 10 years (first purchase 10/2/10) and can access everything I have ever purchased (637 songs). Perhaps you need to reset your password or reach out directly to KV with your user information and purchase history to reconnect your account if something has happened?

If you placed an order, the songs are in your "My Files" at the top right of the screen. Click on it and download your files to your computer. If you "got nothing" it is because YOU didn't download them (or didn't know how to). The process is REALLY SIMPLE.

Answer:
CDG (Zipped), MP4 (both bw and color), and KFN... as far as Karma software, I do not know... if one of these formats works with Karma, then YES... otherwise no.
Looking at the site for Karma, it says it supports BOTH CDG Zipped AND MP4. Never used the program, but good luck!
