Hi, same situation. Bought their around the world watch advertised on Face Book on 8 Dec 2016. Nothing has been received and it is 15th Feb 2017 now. No responses received either to emails sent.

Dear concerned person, this is in regards to order #2021. i ordered a "around the world watch × 1 (yellow - £20.00)" on october 9, 2016 at around 10:45 pm. it has not been delivered yet. i am not even able to track the status. kindly tell me the delivery date of my order, or else i will be forced to take a strict action.
