is there any way to get the money back from Just fab they STOLE from a devastated 14 year old child wanting to buy Christmas presents for her family and no longer has any money to buy their Christmas presents?!

I kept trying to cancel my monthly membership but their AUTOMATED chat and customer service by phone which is AUTOMATED as well said they would cancel but I still keep getting charged.
