I need ongoing computer help and I cannot leave my home to get it. I am afraid they will log on to my computer and steal my information. How safe is it to let the computer experts take control of your computer?

Answer:
As some of the reviewers above stated, Jupiter was GREAT at FIRST... THEN came that call... they draw you in with great service THEN let you have it later... BEWARE...
