I received my ring and tested the lab grown Russian diamond at a jeweler. The stone did NOT test positive for diamond as it should have. Lab grown gems should have the same properties as real gems. I also did the dot test by laying the stone upside down on a black dot and the dot did not disperse through the stone as a diamond does. This is what a cubic zirconia does. I e-mailed Joy of London and they reaffirmed that this was lab grown. I read another review from a lady who also had stones fall out and very bad service. One day later, 9 of the tiny stones have fallen out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! 7/25/17
