Good day i ordered a nomination watch as a christmas gift. it was dispatched by you on 9 december. to date it has not arrived and i stood with a red face. i have been trying unsuccessfully to get a tracking nr from you. order nr 715994. i get 100s of acknowledgement emails, but no answer. please respond and send me the tracking number so that i can follow up on the order!!!!!!!!

Company took my money and when items didn't turn up i contacted them and they just kept saying wait (despite the fact they advertise 1 day delivery), after a month no items, no refund and they blocked my emails, phone calls, facebook posts/messages, twitter etc. when friends or family tried to help them to help me they blocked them too. £57 lost
