How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Jewelry and findings?

It is very easy to get a hold of customer service. If you need help, you just send a "ticket" (which is a message) to them and they reply to it pretty quickly. The "Ticket Center" is located both under your account information and under your orders information. It is easy peasy.

Hi, really easy set up a ticket and they will respond as soon as they are open with a resolution. Very impressed how good they are. Made 6 orders so far

It is very easy, I emailed her about the delivery and she replied the same day. With all of the right information. She is very lovely aswell.
