How do i check on my order?

Log in and view your order history, it tells you the status of each item there. It also includes the contact info for the store the item is from. If the seller isn't being responsive, contact Jane directly and they will step in and help!

Don't order from these scammers, I never received my items, customer service sucks and they don't care about customers, I am more than mad my Christmas gifts never arrived and they quickly refund before you know it. Read other ppl reviews, you'll be happy you did!

I have no idea! Just be careful you will get things from them you love and things you hate but because of the return shipping costs your stuck with it. I have had so many items fray or ball up and just had to throw them away. Good luck, Debbie
