Concider your money GONE. I ordered the same thing through a FaceBook add and have not heard anything. I have sent 3 emails and got the same reply. Their web site is now gone, and no way to contact any customer service. WE GOT SCREWED!

I ordered mine in august 2017. Its now November 2018 and nothing. Not even a follow up email to say anything. Their web site doesn't exsist anymore either. I was charged $174.50 USD for 2 action cams and 2 SD cards. Dont even know what to do about. Had purchased them for our family holidays in Feb 2018, a cruise, and for Sep, seeing family that we havnet seen for yrs, and nothing. So disappointing
