Chat is fairly quick. Sometimes it is a waste of time.
The company is now using customer service overseas. They have no idea what they are doing.
Very easy, if you like waiting 20 to 30 minutes on hold listening to unpleasant elevator music.
It is easy to get a response but they do not care about providing quality service. It is impossible to get them to correct mistakes, refund or exchange, etc. They do not care.
Very easy just email. They promptly respond and take care of me
Their "customer service" SUCKS it is the worst in the WORLD
