I had ordered toner cartridges from them and did get relatively good OEM products, First time I ordered ink jet cartridge and got one bad out of 6 colours. And I cannot reach their support at all. I suppose it is a legit company but absolutely no customer service.

Impossible, no contact number, and their customer service email address just bounces back.
