Why don't I get emails anymore? I was 1.00 away from cashing in and could no longer log into my account or any surveys. Could you tell me why?

Well, you may want to access LiveChat for help on this as it could be that your account went inactive, you had a bounce-back message meaning we tried to send a message and it came back as undeliverable, or one of the many other account related reasons that can occur but a LiveChat agents can help answer that.
