I need help. I did a survey for $75 dollars and it will be done in 4-6 weeks. Making sure they will send to online account so I can get a check. I don't want personal information and spam or scamming to help Thank you Laura_Christine@charter.net

If you requested a check, there is a $3 service fee. Not sure about other means.

There's a "Support Center" item under the main menu, and after selecting that, there's a "Contact Us" button in the upper-right on the page. I had to look for Support because my phone number wouldn't verify, so it wouldn't let me request payment. The Contact page asked a bunch of questions, and put it in their Support system. A human resolved the problem and sent an email response very quickly. I used the Contact button on Monday morning, and I was able to request my first payment that same afternoon.

I don't know why it did this to you but it did the same thing to me. I had $31 and some change. I went ahead and did a couple of more surveys and brought my balance up to 32 and change and then it let me cash out for the 30. After I did the remainder of my balance was still there.
