What is the return policy?

Answer:

They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.

I ordered worth $133 of clothing and not received anything since. how do i et my money back!

Answer:

Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.

So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.

I have an order confirmation 92824 from 9/19/16 and nothing has ever shipped. today is 10/10/16. after reading this website, i am clearly not alone. can anyone give me any information about my order? if i don't hear back by wednesday 10/12/16 i will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.

Answer:

I will never order from this side again. The fact that it's a family-based Florida business is so unbelievable. Future reference do not order from this site.
