Answer:

They don't have a call number (sign number 1 that they aren't that legit). The only way to contact them is ON their page through e-mail. Which they may or may not respond to.

Answer:

I do not believe it is possible to return items so order only if you are OK with keeping it no matter what. We followed what they said their policy was, but they gave only a stock response that the item could not be returned.
