The only thing that finally got their attention, after my many problems with them & their website issues, was when I threatened to contact my Attorney General's office & register a complaint. These people are the scum of the earth! I advise you to call them & demand that customer NO-SERVICE connect you to a supervisor, then tell that person you're reporting them to your state's Atty. General & also will be posting horrific reviews of their co. All over the internet, unless they refund your $$$, in full, immediately! As awful as they are, they did refund every penny of my money, promptly after I took this action. BTW, I also reported them to my state's Atty. General for false advertising. Good luck. This co. Is the worst of the worst!
