The course keeps kicking me off for no reason and customer service does not work! every time you press a phone key, it doesn't register it then it hangs up on you. representatives answer the calls and keep saying "hello..." and then hanging up on you. i am going to dispute this charge on my credit and report you to the ccp and bbb. you are ripping people off..

How in the world do you know what your pin # is? i have no way of verifying my identity until i know my pin #, but i have no idea how to know that or how to find it.

Your PIN is displayed on the screen beneath the Voice Verification phone number.

The only thing that finally got their attention, after my many problems with them & their website issues, was when I threatened to contact my Attorney General's office & register a complaint. These people are the scum of the earth! I advise you to call them & demand that customer NO-SERVICE connect you to a supervisor, then tell that person you're reporting them to your state's Atty. General & also will be posting horrific reviews of their co. All over the internet, unless they refund your $$$, in full, immediately! As awful as they are, they did refund every penny of my money, promptly after I took this action. BTW, I also reported them to my state's Atty. General for false advertising. Good luck. This co. Is the worst of the worst!

For the $99 course certificate of completion count as a learners permit? can i take it to the dmv and get my permit on the spot for it, or do i still have to take the written exam?

My son has a certificate of completion for online home study drivers ed from idrivesafely.com - he is 18. we had the understanding that this would be enough for him to take his road test in nys in lieu of taking driver's ed and/or pre-license course. now it would appear that this certificate is entirely useless. why did i pay for this?

I don't know but I did the same thing is Sc. Total waste of time and money!
