No theirs no success with them I'm still waiting on them to reply to me now as I can't solve anything with them because the help line does the complete opposite of what they say they do which is help so now I have to wait for some one to reply back to me from the emails and messages I have left them

They forced me saying it was the only company that would accident me telling me I couldn't use things like my drivers liscence to join any other phone provider But it's a Carphone Warehouse company so what would you expect

It's a legit company it's the mess that I had to deal with yesterday after ringing them up to find out that they won't help you that they charge none I. D number calling them and they make it very difficult to get any where plus the staff at the call center are absolutely rude
