Don't give her your bank info, Vic! Of course it's not legitimate! The whole HotorNot is not legitimate, they seem to have gathered all scammers in the world! Be very careful if you decide to keep using it. I found a better and safer site

No woman has ever tried to scam or rip me off there. They are all real, genuine and not so materialistic. I don't want to disappoint you, but I'm pretty sure that this girl who is asking you for your bank info on HorOrNot is nothing but a scammer. It's a typical situation on HotOrNot and it was the reason why I left it.

Well, one girl who contacted me claims she's in the US military stationed in Syria. After a few emails she's head over heels in love with me and wants me to help her go on leave so she can see me. Not!

No, no, no, no! Never ever! There are many scammers on this and other dating sites. Some very good, others obvious. There can be no reason she needs your bank info, except to relief you of your hard earned money. Learning my lesson cost me almost $40,000, which I can never replace now because I am retired. This scammer had fake everything, documents such as driver lic, passport, Facebook page, family pictures, and more. I do not know what awhile is for you,, but this scammer and I had been writing, chatting, and even called one another. She did not ask for a thing until after almost nine months! So, she also stole a heck of a lot of time from me as well. You can do some simple things to start such as Google search her name, address, phone, and even her picture. There are a few web sites that have a list of scammers even. If you wish, ask another question here and I will be glad to answer.
