When would be a good time for me to expect a response from a representative who will refund our money or produce an actual reservation for the hotel stay your company charged our account for? It's been a few days now.

Dear Fernando,

Please note that we checked this issue and unfortunately the transaction is blocked by paypal, as they are verifying it on their side and we aren't able to give you the confirmation of the booking because we haven't received the payment yet.

Please contact paypal in order to sort it out and then write an email to customercare@hotelsclick.com to verify.
