They only have a form to fill out on their website, NO telephone number. ---and they never contact you.

Does the Hilton family of hotels know about this company, own this company, encourage such upfront scalping of consumers with useless piecemeal tacky discounts per night. I am quite turned off the chain now.

Answer:
Neither the local hotel manager at the Hilton property I was at or the Hilton customer service reps I contacted seemed to know anything about this supposed "business partner".
