Hi do u process tickets for 15-16 years old girl that travels herself ?

Hi, David. That's called unaccompanied minor, and there is a specific type of assistance that needs to be assigned and paid on top of the ticket. We can help you work around the ticket and get a lower fare, but for the service, you'll have to contact the airline directly. Our tickets with the airlines have our names misspelt. the confirmation we got from hop2 shows them to be corrected as i know i entered them in correctly when i purchased them. however, the all of the airlines have our names incorrect and say only hop2 can change them. i have been on hold for the second time now trying to get in touch with an agent. i am still on hold at this moment and it has been 1 hour and 14 min. i just need someone to please answer. i have even sent 2 emails but no reply. does anyone know any other way to get intouch with them other than the 888-866-9303 number? this is an international flight and our names must be exact! please, any help is much appreciated...

I was just asked to send a photo of my non us credit card. i've never been asked this before. can you explain why and how this doesn't compromise my security?

Hello i am really a bit nervous because i purchased two tickets online and never got communications beyond thanking me for my purchase and my reservation number. i then came across numerous reviews that talked about this being a fraudulent website. i called and spoke with a woman from customer service and she told me i would receive an email in an hour and it has been well beyond that time period and still nothing. can any guidance be given?

Hi, i just got a roundtrip flight through hop2 and after reading reviews, i am nervous about credit card fraud. can you assure me that this will not happen?

Definitely, currently we are running though a smooth process that allows us to verify each transaction we do, and the system has been encripted this way that once the credit cards are used this would be available to few agents from our side only and for a limited period of time, therefore making sure that no fraudulous activity would take place. I have read lot of critic on the hop2. i would like to know if it is safe to order and pay for flights offering by this company. thank you in advance !
