Login loops to upgrade... upgraded and still loops... site not available to use... how do i cancel account immediately and report as fraudulent?

I got the vip membership and no one getting my messages they message me and I message back and no answer
I'm feeling very strongly that HUHO is a complete scam; different women send the exact same msgs + the same profiles show online all the time.
After I mark a fake profile as a scammer, what happens to that profile? I can still see them in my matches 8 hours later.....
My Match settings don't seem to work - I specify location, etc but still get 'matches' from all over the place. Any tips? Thanks.
