I thought they were legit but I will be letting my veterinarian know about their poor customer service which makes me question how they would contact you if your pet is lost.
Its legit but unreliable
Gonna ask vet about other companies this co. Had all different info and wrong info on pets they would never have been able to reach me even had wrong vets info
