The Lourdes Hydrofix is uniquely designed and differs from other hydrogen water devices. It does not change the pH of the water, therefore, your water will not become alkaline. Science has observed that alkaline water in long term use has shown health concerns. Also, it should not be used for pregnant women, babies, children, the elderly, and people using medication. Additionally, it is shown to disrupt the digestive system. What some thought was the benefits from the alkaline water was actually due to the small amount of hydrogen in electrolyzed water.
A: We do not carry any other product because there is no other product we feel confident to recommend to others at this time. We only carry the best. If the product is not good enough for our family, it is not good enough for anyone! We take our health and life very seriously and purity of the hydrogen water and the gas, safety to everyone (including pregnant women, babies, children, elderly people, people who are sick.) and the spec (such as therapeutic quality and level) the quality and reliability of the product is extremely important when it comes to hydrogen products also. Our goal is to help others to gain or regain their heath, so we can have a better life, and much better world. A1. The cost of the maintenance service differ by the maintenance required. You may not need any maintenance. A2. You will need to change the cartridge once a year. Cartridge is $49.95. You also need to perform citric acid cleaning once a month or as needed if the water used have high mineral content. 100% Citric acid can be purchase on hardware store, water filter store, or online store, and price differ on brand and quantity, but it is inexpensive.
All repairs and warranty service are handled in OR, the USA at this time. The machine needs to be shipped back to us and we will service the machine and it will be sent back to you as quickly as possible. Depends on the issue, we may send out the replacement parts to you. The Lourdes Hydrofix we carry is an international version and goes through extra measurements and certification process to make sure there is not defect. If the machine is used as directed, you should not have to worry about any issues.
