When I ordered a yellow aptenia from Hirt's Gardens, it took only 3 days to arrive. It arrived, moist, green and HAPPY! I am happy too.

I just received my order that I placed through Walmart. First the clematis was broken and then to add to further disappointment was that I had ordered MillcreekOreganoKB. Please refer to your order 3575973037559, where I ordered Kent Beauty Oregano Herb -Organum and received Kentucky Colonel Mint. I wanted these plants and would like to have them replaced. I recently bought 3 goldfish plants. Order #1075644709, when they arrived, they had all been placed in the box on their sides consequently all the dirt had fallen out & several of the stems on all the plants were broken off, and only one plant had any blossoms. I would appreciate your replacing these plants, and mail them in a way so they arrive in better condition. If you are unable to replace them then please credit my account... thank you.
