Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Higbee & Associates staff and previous consumers.
They are definitely a scam! I hired them in 2020 for an expungement. It is now 2023 and $5,000 later. The job is still unfinished and they don't seem to care. Last week, they actually asked me for more money to finish the job!
One does not choose to work with Higbee & Associates. They contact you a harass you until you pay them.
