Hi, My future daughter in law ordered a wedding dress from the Her Dress site for £200. When the dress has arrived, it has faulty stitching under the arms and it is not of good quality material and nothing like the picture on the website. I feel so sorry for her, she is distraught and reading some of the reviews, I see that a lot of people have the same problems. Sorry if I am being naive here, but is there really nothing one can do about these sites. She thought it was a UK site. They refuse to give her the money back and they say in their email that they will give her 5% compensation back and not to send the dress back as it "may get lost". Can you give any advice to me please. They paid for it with my sons debit card and I see here that there is a system called charge back with the bank, do you think they should try that.
