I've been trying to get a response on getting a watch i paid for and haven't been able to fiind out if im getting ripped off or i will get a watch?

Well I was thinking of buying a watch off them but do not what to do
I read several adverse reviews and wonder if this store is on the up and up. I would not want to make a purchase and have my credit card charged and then not receive my product and not be able to communicate to this company. I see no way to communicate in case of a problem. One of your reviews stated several times your company said their product was shipped and it wasn't. He claims you are a fraud. Please explain.
