I had to cancel the plan because when paused they continued to ship. They continued to ship despite customer service noting it was indeed canceled. I disputed the last charge on my card because of this. They had it reversed. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Don't do it!

They pay so low in this "entry level jobs" (CSR's) that they cannot find people to stay long enough, or care, or want to do a good job. The excuse will be "If we paid them more the service would cost more," yet they have acquired funding into the 200 million+ territory.

They refunded me the day they charged me and I forgot to skip a week (went out of town)

They refunded me once they saw my review on yelp. They have one guy who actually cares about making everyone mad. The customer service when you call in didn't give 2 cents.
