They make it difficult to cancel. The catch is they will flood you with ads and up sells to get you to buy more. It's ridiculous.

Yes, since they don't answer their phone you can't cancel your subscription. And since they use a very unreliable delivery service, every 2nd or 3rd delivery, your food doesn't show up When you call their phone number you can't get through.

Yes, it's virtually impossible- my advice would be not to touch this company with a barge pole - they have shoddy service, mean products and simply appalling 'customer service'. Simply avoid at all costs!
