After reading your reviews on HelloFresh. I would have been a first time buyer. But unfortunately I do appreciate good customer service. Since I was in customer service for 17 yrs. So that being said. Why is your customer service rated so badly?

Because customer service is a fake, they can't help you with anything. Cant cancel, cant refund, they just happily add more stuff to charge you for. Company is a bunch of thieves

They use very unreliable delivery service and miss 2 out of 3 deliveries and you can't get through on their customer service number to get a refund. They put you on hold and you listen to music until you hang up. They never answer. Try them but good luck getting your money back when they don't show up.

They really are not interested in customer service - they only want to sell, sell, sell - if you try to reason with them or to be reasonable, they do not listen and hide behind protocols or rehearsed scripts. Do not involve yourself with this company if you value either good food or your sanity!

I had a problem figuring out how to change a meal to different meal. When I called I had no problems and after getting the $40 off deal I called to cancel I had no problem again? When I am ready to reactivate I can do it on line.

They won't answer this because customer service is just that bad. This company is riddled with issues, and if you are hard pressed to have food delivered to you due to time constraints or other personal reasons, choose another meal delivery service or try Instacart (which allows you to shop by recipes these days).
